Printing Time

• All Products Made to Order: Each of our products is 3D printed to order to ensure the highest quality and customization.
• Standard Printing Time: Our standard printing time is 1-4 weeks, depending on the size and quantity of the order.
• Custom Hand Painting: If you opt for custom hand-painted models, please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for our skilled artists to complete the painting process.

Shipping

• Shipping Time: Once your order is printed (and painted if applicable), we will ship it to you. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.
• Shipping Notifications: All items are shipped through Australia Post.  You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Important Notes

• Order Updates: We will keep you updated on the status of your order throughout the printing and painting process. If there are any delays or issues, we will notify you promptly.  Notifications can be received in the user portal if you are a registered user.  All other notifications will be done through email.
• Custom Orders: For larger or more complex custom orders, additional time may be required. We will provide an estimated timeline during the order confirmation process.
